Oncology research

Oncology research is well established within the North Middlesex Hospital and has been operational for more than 20 years. The department is heavily experienced and has successfully run hundreds of trials over its lifespan, witnessing new and novel care becoming standard of care.

Division 6 research

Division 6 of the Clinical Research Network covers various specialities including HIV, Anaesthesia and Critical Care, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Opthalmolgy, Surgery and ENT. The team here at the North Middlesex has been successfully running trials for more than 15 years and is continuing to expand in its scope.

This division covers all the Obstetrics and Gynaecology studies. Its team is strongly made of diverse professionals such as consultants, nurses, midwives, international research fellows and sonographers.
