We're pleased to say that email communications to and from the hospital are working normally again following a temporary outage since Friday 12 May as a result of precautionary checks to prevent cyber attacks.
The hospital's services have continued to run normally.
Patients who need to change an appointment can once more email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 8887 3663 / 3664. GPs who wish to make a referral can email email@example.com or call 020 8887 3663 / 3664.
GP blood test appointments can be booked online at www.northmid.nhs.uk/Our-Services/Blood-tests or by calling 020 8887 2366 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Booking a blood test appointment online enables patients to avoid queues of up to two hours at busy times.
