NHS England and Improvement (London) has announced the appointment of Cedi Frederick as the new Chair of the Trust Board at the North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. Cedi Frederick will be replacing Dr Peter Carter who has been the Trust’s interim Chair since February 2019.
Cedi Frederick has been serving as a non-executive director at Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust since April 2017, and had previously been a non-executive director at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
In a 40 year career in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors, Cedi has held a series of senior positions including managing director of a BME Housing Association and also chief executive of a Barnet based multi-regional charity that supports people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems.
Cedi is currently chief executive of La Nova Group and managing director of Article Consulting Ltd, working as a strategic coach and business mentor assisting organisations with strategy development, strategic and business planning and business development support and advice.
