Sarah Hayes will take up the role of chief nurse at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust from 18 December 2019. Speaking of her appointment, Sarah Hayes said “I’m extremely proud to become chief nurse at North Mid. I’m passionate about improving health outcomes, supporting nurses and midwives to deliver outstanding patient care for the people of Enfield and Haringey and instilling pride in the profession.
“It’s an exciting time for North Mid and I’m looking forward to being part of the team and getting started.”
Maria Kane, Chief Executive of North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust said: “I’m really delighted Sarah will be joining our team later this year. Her vast experience in North London, expertise and enthusiasm will help us make huge strides in achieving our vision of providing outstanding care for local people.
“I also want to thank Deborah for her contribution to the NHS over many years and to North Mid in particular. We wish her a peaceful and productive retirement.”
