Carers' information booklet and carers' passport
We were the first hospital to introduce a carers' passport scheme for carers who visit vulnerable patients regularly while they are in hospital. We want to ensure that you feel fully involved and supported by our staff, Please read the Carers' information booklet and if you have any questions, please talk to a member of staff. Carers also benefit  from discounted parking charges.

Carers' clinic
In August 2017 we launched a daily carers' clinic from 1-3pm in the Macmillan pod (main building, level 2 - please use the lifts in the atrium) in partnership with Enfield Carers Centre. Any carers can book in for a 30 minute appointment for support, information and advice about local services available to help you care for a loved one. It's run by staff from Enfield Carers Centre and Macmillan Cancer Support and they are happy to address any questions you may have. Appointments are essential, so please book by contacting on 020 8887 3992.
