Shola Adegoroye’s career in healthcare spans over 20 years; her first NHS role was in independent investigations for complaints before working in various operational management and leadership roles in acute trusts and also in a national role with the Elective Intensive Support Team. She has also been divisional director of operations at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust which she left in 2016 to set up her own management consultancy before joining the Trust.
