What is Greatix?
Greatix is our employee recognition scheme. Completing a Greatix nomination is a simple way to reward a member of staff for providing you or your loved one with excellent care . It contains three important pieces of information:
- who did something excellent
- what did they do that was excellent
- why was it excellent
The nominee gets a personalised certificate to acknowledge their excellence, and the reports are shared throughout the Trust so teams and individuals can learn from each other.
