The gift that keeps on giving: Edmonton Rotary Club and North Mid 23 years and counting.
Last week the Play Team at North Mid celebrated receiving a donation of toys and activity packs for the children and young people on Rainbow Ward. The donation is the latest in a long line of donations dating back 23 years.
The Rotary Club of Edmonton support a number of different charities across Edmonton and have been historic supporters of North Mid dating back over two decades.
Donations have been in support of the Play Team and the work they do with both inpatients and outpatients when receiving care at the Trust. This year, the Rotary Club have donated toys and vouchers which has seen their total amount of support going over £5,000.
Mete Redif, fundraising and communications manager said:
“We are honoured to have The Rotary Club of Edmonton return to support our play team for the 23rd year. Their donations have been a shining beacon of support from our local community.
We look forward to working with them again for the coming years”.
